Terms governing use of Courtix Hosting LLC services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Courtix Hosting LLC ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By purchasing or using our services, you ("the Buyer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Company information

Courtix Hosting LLC is a technology services company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. Our registered business address is 8 The Green Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, USA. 2. Services

We offer the following services:

  • Software Development: Bespoke software applications designed and built to your specifications. Projects are scoped, quoted and delivered against an agreed project plan.
  • Integration Engineering: Systems integration, API design, workflow automation and event-driven architectures.
  • Platform & Reliability Engineering: Continuous delivery, infrastructure-as-code, managed data, observability, application hosting on Cloudflare and AWS, and on-call operations for production systems.

3. Ordering and payment

By placing an order through our website or via email agreement, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into a contract.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD, $). Your card issuer may apply their own exchange rate and fees if your card is denominated in a different currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, processed securely through Wise, a regulated financial institution (FCA firm reference 900507).

4. Acceptance of terms

By completing a purchase, clicking "Pay Now", "Confirm Order", submitting the contact form with the policy acknowledgement checkbox, or any equivalent action, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This constitutes your electronic acceptance of all applicable policies.

5. Service delivery

All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

  • Development projects commence within 5 business days of deposit payment. Delivery milestones and timelines are defined in the project scope document agreed between both parties.
  • Consulting services are scheduled within 3 business days of booking confirmation.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for service delivery.
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Not use the deliverables to distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive or otherwise objectionable.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the rights to custom software and code developed specifically for you. We retain the right to use general-purpose tools, libraries and frameworks in other projects. Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Courtix Hosting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service delivery standards

We strive to deliver all projects on time and to specification. However, we shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to delays in client feedback or provision of materials.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
