All card payment transactions are processed through Wise, a regulated financial institution (FCA firm reference 900507). Your card details are:

  • Encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) during transmission.
  • Processed in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.
  • Never stored, logged or retained on our servers in any form.

We only retain a record of the transaction (amount, date, last four digits of card) for accounting and customer service purposes.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data. We may share your information with:

  • Payment processors: to process card transactions securely (Wise).
  • Infrastructure providers: Cloudflare and AWS, who help us deliver services.
  • Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and process it only as instructed by us.

6. Data retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for 2 years after closure.
  • Transaction records: retained for 7 years as required by US tax and accounting regulations.
  • Communication records: retained for 2 years.
